Step 3: Create a groupYou can create multiple groups in a space distinguishing from each other from the left panel.
Step 4: Set up roles/permissionsYou can set up a role for your group and choose permission levels for it.
You can create multiple projects in a space distinguishing from each other.
Step 2: Add membersYou can add members to a particular project.
Step 3: Create tasksCreate tasks of the particular project.
You can create multiple taks and subtasks and link it with a distinguished project.
Step 2: Setting due datesYou can set start date and due date of the tasks so that you get alerts of your upcoming tasks.
Step3: Tracking all tasks and subtasksYou can view all your tasks that you have created and assigned and keep a track of the process.
Step 4: Set status, priority, percentage and reminders.You can edit status, priority, percentage and reminders of each task assigned to you.
You can create multiple action items and link it with a distinguished project.

2. Link with a meetingYou have the option to write minutes for a scheduled as well as an unscheduled meeting.
3. Save MinutesYou can save agenda, decisions with the meeting notes.
