What is difference between a yearly plan and monthly plan?

In yearly plan you are charged for 12 months at the time of subscription with a 10% discount. If you cancel you have already paid for 12 months, there will be no refunds.
In monthly plan you simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What if I need more than 100 participants, 1000 meetings or 20 groups?

How does unlimited free trial work?

Now GMinutes offers unlimited Free Trial. It provides you the facility to include up to 2 participants, create 1 Group and schedule Unlimited Meetings.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you choose Free Trial against a plan you will get a 30 days free trial for it. We don’t ask for credit card information on free trial. You will get a reminder email before expiry of free trial. You have option to buy same plan on which you got the free trial or upgrade it. If you don’t buy a plan the free trial will automatically expire after 30 days.

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

If you upgrade from a given plan to a higher plan you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. You can’t downgrade to a lower plan.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! Simply click on the “Upgrade” link on your meeting space dashboard and you’ll see your options.
